3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.07'2024 and till now' his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents' I ( (

Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed' However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers' amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. { I

Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the retirement benefits such as (i) Gratuity (TG) amount of Rs.4,23,861/- with Token No.2523668591, dated 09.OL.2025, (ii) Gratuiry (CS) amount of Rs.11,76,t39/- with Token No.2523668552, dated 09.01.2025 (iii) Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.4,98,544/- with Token No.2523668866, dated 09.01.2025 (iv) Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.13,83,370l- with Token No.2523668844, dated 09.0I.2025, (v) Encashment of Earned Leave/HpL Rs.6,4\,409/- with Token No.2523015978, dated 23.70.2024, (vi) zp General Provident Fund amount of Rs.12,9B,Z9B/- with Token/Cheque No.2523657896, dated 08.01.2025 (vii) Encasement of Surrender Leave amount of Rs.1,26,354l- with Token/Cheque No.14735071, dated 20.06.2024, and Arrears for the period of August 2024 to October 2024, amounting to Rs.2,51,723/-, pertaining to the petitloner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
