2. Considered the submissions of the Sri C. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos' 1 to 5, and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is the case of the petitioner that his father was the inamdar of land to an extent of Ac,3.31 guntas in Sy.No.427 situated at Patighanpur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, and after the death of his father, Occupancy Rights Certihcate (ORC) i 2 was issued in favour of his mother, and the revenue aLuthorities 'have also iss'-rcd pattadar passbooks and title deeds in her favour. It is the casr: of the petitioner that during the life timc, his late mother has disposed of an extent ot Ac.2.2l guntas in favour of the thrrd parties by way of registered sale deeds,.dhd the respondent authorities have issued passbook ujde No.T09l SOI5229O and Khata No.387 for the remaining extent of Ac.1.OO glrntas and the name of the pelitioner's mother has been continuing in thc Dharani Portal. It is further case of the petitioner that he subrnitted an online application for correction of passbooks before the respondentS and acting on the said application, the District Collector, has issucd proceeding uide FiIe No.23OO0926r 69 /2023 dated .09.2023 to incorporate his name in respect of the subject lands. The gricvance of the petitioner is that he submitted a representatit.rn dated 17.O3.2025 before respondent No.5_the Tahsildar seel<ing to incorporate his name in place of his late mother in rcspect of the subject lands as proposed by the District collector in File No.230oo92669 12023 dated .og.2023, but tilr date no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the responclent Nos. 1 to 5 submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any application through appropriate module in Dharni Portal seeking t.o grant pouti Lala (succession certificate). r, 7 3

In view of the above submissions, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit online application through appropriate module in Dharani Portal for granting succession certihcate and. for consequential issuance of pattadar passbooks in his favour. In the event if the petitioner submits an application fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024 , dated 28.O2.2024, the respondent authorities shall consider the same, after issuing notices to all the interested/concerned parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
