The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.117 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 467 . 468, 471 , 447 ,431 and 506 IPC.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and numbered as C.C.No.3074 of 2024.
