Before the Tribunal, rcspor)dcnl Nos.l and 2 i.e., the owner and the drivcr ol the crirrc vchicle rer-trained ex parte an<1 respondent No.3 r e., the lnsurance Compnn_r,[]cd counter denving the averments of the clairn petitron and contended that thc amount claimed is excessive and lrrayed to drsrniss thc claim petitiol.t.
