1. The Petitioners herein submit that they have filed the above criminal - case to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 86 OF 2024 pending at WPS_IT Corridor, Gachibowli at: Cyberabad against the petitioners/Accused 1 to 4 for the offence's U/sec. 420,498A,506 of IPC, U/S. 3 & 4 of DP Act, wherein the Respondent No.2 being the Defacto Complainant, has lodged a complaint against the petitioners.

2. The Petitioner submit that during the pendency of the cases, elders of both parties have counseled and resolved the issues and both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and decided to put an end to the litigation in the best interest of the future of both the parties.

3. The Petitioners submit that the on 05-03-2025 petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 have obtained mutual divorce vide F.C.O.P. No. 310 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court Cum VI Addl District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally. Further petitioner No.1 have paid a sum of Rs. 35 Lakhs to the respondent no.2 towards full and final settlement alimony. Hence the respondent no.2 acknowledge the same.
