6. This Court vide order daled 24'03'2025 referred the parties to the HighCourtLegalservicesCommitteeforidentificationandtoverifythe rroluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted report dated 02.04.2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel anci also on VerificationofAadharCards/ldentityCardsandtheenquiriesrevealed thatthepartieshavewillfullyandwithoutcoercionenteredinto settlemenUcomPromise. 7 I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the charged offences' which are essentially matrimonial and inter-personal in nature and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the light of the dictums in Gran Singh v' State of Punjab and anotherl and Anit Mishra v' Sfate of u'P2; State of \ 201,2 (1O) scc 303 ' 2oz4 INSC 189 3 \llt./ /. ]..\',.,. j tttt I q l(Di rnf tni { r,'.1'.\,,.11 iE o1 20}i Madhya Pradesh v. 1. The Petitioners herein submit that they have filed the above criminal - case to quash the proceedings in FIR No. 86 OF 2024 pending at WPS_IT Corridor, Gachibowli at: Cyberabad against the petitioners/Accused 1 to 4 for the offence's U/sec. 420,498A,506 of IPC, U/S. 3 & 4 of DP Act, wherein the Respondent No.2 being the Defacto Complainant, has lodged a complaint against the petitioners.
2. The Petitioner submit that during the pendency of the cases, elders of both parties have counseled and resolved the issues and both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and decided to put an end to the litigation in the best interest of the future of both the parties.
3. The Petitioners submit that the on 05-03-2025 petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2 have obtained mutual divorce vide F.C.O.P. No. 310 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court Cum VI Addl District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally. Further petitioner No.1 have paid a sum of Rs. 35 Lakhs to the respondent no.2 towards full and final settlement alimony. Hence the respondent no.2 acknowledge the same.
