THE HON'BLE SRI .IUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.8635 of 2O25 ORDER: With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission

2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particuiarly one in the nature of Writ of Maldamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the power supply to the Petitioners property bearing Plot No 86 in Category MIG of the Miypaur Residential Complex in Sy No 20 alrd 28/l admeasuring 258 33 Sq yds srtuated at Miyapur Village Serilingampally Marrdal Rangareddy District as illega-l null void arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 5 to release the power supply without insisting for occupancy certihcate".

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energ, for respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar \ Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 and perused the record.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present 2 writ petition is siquarely covered by the order dated 26.7.201g passed by this court irr w.P.No.26oB5 of 20 18. The same is not seriousry disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondentsr

In view ol rhe above, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to r.elease power supply to the Jrremises of the petitioner subject to the compriance of terms and conditions and on furnishing an underta_l<ing to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal corporation within a prescdbed period, a,d if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate ac ticn in accordance with law.
