The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the power supply to the Petitioners property 'bearing demolished H No 536/256 part on plot No 123 land admeasuring 240 Sq yds in Sy No 455 to 458 situated at Mlrtrinagar Kukatpally viilage Medchal Maikajgiri District as illegai nul1 void arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 5 to release t]le power supply without insisting for occup.rncy certifrcate".
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energz for respohdent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos.2 I I to 5 and Sri K. Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.6 and perused the record.

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present 2 writ petition is squLarely covered by the order dated 26.7.2,018 passed by this Court in \V.P.No.26085 of 2018. The same is not seriously disputed by the l,:arned counsei appearing for the responrlents '

In vie'"r'of the above, for the reasons alike in the sairl order, this writ petition is dis.posed of directing the respondents to r€:lease power supply to the prernises of the petitioner subject to the cc)rnpliance of terms and condilions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupalcy cr:r.tificate from the concerned Municipal c)orporation within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy t:t:rtificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate acti:Il in accordance with law. Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern power Distribution Corporation Limited, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, and Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for 4th respondent.
2. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court dt.23.O3.2OL8 in W.P.No.9789 of 2OtB.
3. Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms arld conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation 2 within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certif,rcate is .p:roduced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordal':e with law.
