The writ petition is frled with the following prayer: "To issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 2 Lo 7 to provide electricity connection Suppiy to SNos Domestic load of each 10KW and abbve the existing lNo 3PH service is (A2O0143O.O3KW-CatJI), thus making a total load of 53KW Connection to the Residential Building in Eastern Portj.on H.No 7-1 621/351 admeasuring 138.33 Sq Yards situated at Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, bounded by North: 40 Wide Road South: H.No.386/2RT, East: 30 Wide Road, West: Portion of House, without insisting upon occupancy certihcate from the 8th respondent by holding that the refusal to provide electricity connection to the above referred premises is illegal and arbitrary ".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energz for respondent No. 1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL for respondent Nos. 1 to 7 and Sri K.Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel appearin L for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. 2

Today, u,hen the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated.26.T.2l0 1g passed by this court ir: w.P.No.260B5 of 2018. The same is ,ct seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the responclents .

In view of the above, for the reasons a,like in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to rei.ease power supply to the prernises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy cr:r.tificate from the concerned Municipai Corporation within a prescriberd period, and if no s,ch occupancy <:ertificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate actiorr in accordalce with law. Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions arrd on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation 2 / , within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open. to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordanr:e with law.
