2. The petitioner is sole accused in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 505(1)(bXc), 324 read with Sections 504,506, 290,295 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860
3. Heard Mr.Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1-State and t\4r.A.Suhas, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-faclo complainant

Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2/de-faclo complainant filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C. 5. This Court vide ordet dated 03.03.2025 referred the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identification and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secretary. High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report dated 06.03 2025 stating that the parties were identified by their respective counsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the enquiries revealed that the parties have willfully and without coercion entered into settlemenUcompromise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement between the parties and to restore peace between the parties, in the light of the dictums in Gian Singh v. Sfate of Punjab and anotherl and Anit Mishra v. State of lJ.P.2; State of Madhya Pradesh v. Laxmi Narayan and others3, this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.l528 of BNSS, 2023, would be in the interest of justice. | 2o1z (1o) scc 303 '? 202< INSC t89 3 2019 (5) scc 688 I I I I I I i I I I I i I : t . 8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos 2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, all the proceedings in C C. No.8474 of 2023 on the file of the learned Vll Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused. q ln the above terms, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Nagar against the petitioner. As such, the petitioner and the Respondent No.2 have filed the petition seeking Hon'ble court to recor<I the. compromise. Thc contents mentioncri the said compromise petition is true and ' correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. the said compromise is entered with free will and consent and without undue influence from anvone.
