BHASKAR REDDY IIIRIT PETITIO N No.8593 of 2o.25 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of plot Nos. 121 and I22 admeasuring 1OO0 square yards, situated in Sy.Nos. 149 (p), 1S2 (p) and tS3 (p) of Dommara Pochampalli Village, Gandimaisamma Dundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. It is further stated that as per the entries made in Khasra pahani for the year 1954_ 1955, .the lands in Sy.Nos. 149, 1S2 and 153 have been classified as private zeroithi land and nowhere it is shown that the said lands are Government lands. It is further stated that the lands in the above survey numbers have been converted from agricultural use to non-agricultural purpose and the said iand was made into plots and the petitioner had purchased the two plots through registered sale deeds. It is further stated that in all the revenue records, the nature of the land is shown as private land, whereas in Dharani portal it was recorded as Government land. Therefore, the petitioner had submitted a representation seeking for deletion of the ,.Government land,, in Dharani Portal. In any event, if the Government not entitled for deletion of the subject land in Dharani Portal .as Government Lald, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt of such application being submitted bv the petrtioner iS petitioner.
