Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 more particularly Respondent No.3 in rejecting the petitioners application seeking Power Supply of Single Phase Electricity connection under Domestic Category vide registration No. NR9'142439 45237 dated 11-03-2024, in respect of his property i.e., H.No.40-B-156 bearing PTIN No.1177039726 on Plot No. 156, admeasuring 167 Sq.Yards., having plinth area of 956.50 Sq.Feet., with RCC Roof, in Sy.Nos.1 17 and 118, situated at Badangpet Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Under Badangpet Municipal Corporation, on the ground of Govt Land without following due procedure of law, as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Articles .14, 21 and 300-A of constitution of lndia besides being in violation of The Electricity Act-2003 and principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the lmpugned Rejection lntimation which was passed basing on the petitioners application dated 11-03-2024, by the respondent No.3 herein on the pretext of 'Govt Land and thereby direct the respondents herein to provide power supply of single phase electricity connection under Domestic Category in respect of petitioners property i.e., H.No.40-8-156 bearing PTIN No.11770:i9726 on Plot No.156, admeasuring 167 Sq.Yards., having plinth area of 956.50 Sq.Feet., with RCC Roof , in Sy.Nos.1 1 7 and 1 18, situated at Badangpet Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Under Badangpet Municipal Corporation, without reference to the Letter issued by respondent no.5 vide Lr. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telartgana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of this Court in the order dated 20.03.2025 in W.P.No.8524 of 2025, and prays this Court to pass a similar order in the present writ petition also. I \
