2. Though there are other reliefs sought for in the Writ Petition, the leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is limiting his prayer only to direct respondent No.2 to take action against respondent No.3.

Leamed Government Pleader for Panchayath Raj has produced 'I I , a copy of the written instructions dated 22.03.2025, according to which, vide Memo No.750/2025-B1(Pts), dated 21.03.2025, the District Panclrayat Officer, Rangareddy District, has directed the Divisional Panchayat Offrcer, Chevella Division, to visit Chakaliguda t 2 TMDJ wp_8765_2025 village, lvo.Kethireddypaliy Gram panchayar of Moinabad Mandal, to enquire into the matter and to submit a detailed report to the office to take further action. It is further submitted that the report is awaited.

4. In view ofthe above, it appears that pursuant to the legal notice issued to the respondents, the respondents have initiated action and conducted an enquiry.

In view thereof, this Court deems it fit and proper to close this Writ Petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to take action in accordance with law after the enquiry is completed. 5' with the above directions, this writ petition is ilosed.
