BHASKAR REDDY IVRIT PETITION No.8782 of 2o25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action on the Complaint No. NLGDC/E/2024/O4r47 dated 14.1O.2024 submitted by petitioner No.2 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 3OO-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Provisions of The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar 'Pass Books Act 2O2O (for short 'the Act 9 of 2O2O"l and consequently direct Respondents No.2 to 4 to issue digital Pattadar Passbook in the name of ttre Petitioner No. 1 and also enter the name of the Petitioner No.l in Dharani Portal in respect of Ac.1.O5 guntas in Sy.No.354, situated at Peddavoora Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District by cancelling the Digital Pattadar Passbook No.T28260f41410, dated 12.06.2019 issued in the name of Sri Jorriguala Buchiramulu i.e., husband of Respondent No.s herein and for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that petitioner No.1 represented by the husband of respondent No.6, has purchased the iand admeasuring Ac.1.05 guntas in Sy.No.354 situated at Peddavoora Village and Mandal, N2lgonda District, through a registered sale deed document I I I 2 CVBR, J Wp_8782_2025 bearing No.2096 of 2001, dated 21.12.2001. It is further stated that name of petitioner No.1 is recorded as pattadar in the revenue records and pattadar passbook uide Patta No.1356 was also issued in its favour as per the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, l97l and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that while issuing e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 2O2O and making entries in dharani portal, name of petitioner No. 1 was not shown in the dharani portal as well ers in e-pattadar passbook. It is .further stated that petitioner No. 1-sociely has made a representation, dated L4.1O.2O24 seeking correction of entries made in e-pattadar passbook as well as dharani portal. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.6 taking advantage of the name of her husband, who purchased the propert5z in the name of petitioner No. i, in the sale deed, is making efforts to alienate the proirertY.

Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5 and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing lbr respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has not disputej' the representation submitted by petitioner No. 1 .

[n view of the above submissions and since it is stated that a I representation submitted by petitioner No. 1-society seeking for correction of entries in e-pattadar passbook and dharani portal is pending with the respondent authorities, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the representation, 14.1O.2024 and duly taking into consideration of the registered sale deed document bearing No.2O96 of 2OO1 dated 21.12.2OO1 and also eariier pattadar passbook issued to petitioner No.1 after conducting enquiry, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
