The appeal is being adjou::ned from time to time and the next date of hearing is fixed in the I \ ,I ,I .{ ,:5 ,[ i', Ii i 2 first week of May, 2026. The petitioners, through their counsel, requested respondent No.2 to pass orders in the interlocutory application filed by them in the appeal, however orders have not been passed so far. As such, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court.

As innocuous relief is sought by the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders in the interlocutory application filed by the petitioners in the appeal No.3441 of 2025, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein (respondents in the appeal) and to all other concerned/interested persons, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. - As the order is passed without entering into the merits of the case, notice to respondents No.3 to 4l is dispensed with. However, if respondents No.3 to 4l are, in any way, aggrieved by this order, they are at liberty to approach this Court seeking for modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
