Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telalgana State Southern power Distribution Company Limited, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent No.5. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of this Court in the order dated 20.03.2025 in W.p.No.8524 of 2025, and prays this Court to pass a similar order in the present writ petition a.[so. 4.
