3. While arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners requested this court to gra,t riberty to avail civil remedies against the respondent Nos.9 to 16, if any cause survives.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner' without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting iiberty to the petitioners to avail civil remedies against the respondent Nos.9 to 16, if any cause survives.
