3. l,earned counsel for the petitioner subrnits that the subject matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the adjudication of this Court in the order dated 2O.03.2025 in W.P_No.8524 of 2025, atd prays this Court to pass a similar order in the present writ petition also.
