This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "...to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of, Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in erecting unit No- 1 consisting of total 6 poles (For fi-xing AB switch unit 2 poles and 4 support poles) covered by vast area interrupting petitioner's agricultural operations inspite of there being an option to fix the unit AB switch existing in road boundary pole No.87 or any other place on road, the same is illegal and arbitrary further newly adding two support poles and 4 support wires to the earlier existing poles on eastern boundary so as to the over cautious addition in support of the newly erected AB switch unit which is not required as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to Articles 14, 2.1 and 3OO A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2025 made to the respondents by relocating the said poles and be pleased to pass..."

3. Heard Sri Ravinder Reddy Singireddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1; and Sri A.Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel for Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited for respondent Nos.2 to 6.

4. l,earned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner owns land ad*neasuring Ac.2-34 guntas in Survey 2 PK, J v, p 8513 2025 No.507/2I3/1, situated at Donkal Village, Morthacl Mandal, Armoor Divir;r on, Nizamabad District arrd the respondents u/ithout anv rrotice or permission trespassed the pr:titioner's lar-rd by erect,ng unit No.l consisting of total six :oles (for fixing Al3 su itch :unit 2 poles arrd 4 support poles) in the centre by inl()rrupting his agricultura-l operations rnspite of there being an option to fix the unit AB switch e;<isting in road bo uLr-rd ary pole No.87 or any other place on road. Therefor,:, the petitioner has submitted a represer'.tation to respondr:r-rt N()s.2 to 6 on 24.O3.2O25 through registered post ventilatirrq -ris grievance and the same is pending consideration.
