Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for EnerS' for respondent No. 1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 7; ar.d Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.B. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2O15, dated 18 12'2015, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' 2 PK,J wP a475 2025 The same is; not seriously disputed by the learned (iovernment Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In vicvr rf the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order :l this Court in W.p.No.32614 of 2Cri5, dated 18. 12.2015, lhis Writ petition is disposed of pern.ritting the petitioner to lile an online application seeking eiectric:ity service connection r,c thc petitioner,s subject premises i.e., H.No.2_ 56/33115/32t, in Survey No.11/20, admeasuring 663.11 sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), un<ier GHMC, Ranga Reddy l)istrict, Telangana State, within a periorl of one (1) week from the Cate of receipt of the copy of the order. Upon receipt of such an zrpplication, respcndent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the s,aid application of the petitioner for rek:zrse of the electricity pou'er supply to the petitioner,s subject proper.ty within a period of two (:2) weeks thereafter.
