3. Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel lor the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Enerry for respondent No.1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned. Standing Counsel lor Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 7; and Sri Srinivasa Rao Pachwa, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.6O30 of 2O2O, dated 20.O4.202O, and requested t I 2 PK.J wp aa53 2025 l this Court t,l pass similar order in the present Writ l)r:tition al6o. The same is; not seriously disputed by the learned (iovernment Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In vicu, rf the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of fLLis Court in W.p.No.6O30 of 2O2O, d,ated 20.O4.2O2O, this writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to rerease the power suprply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking t.o produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Mt-rnicipal Corporation within a prescribed pr:r.iod, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance rryith,law.
