(Telangana Area) Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dated I-t.03.2026 bearing No.B/1056/2025, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(e) and 21 of the Constitution of India.
The petitioner claims to be the owner of the plot admeasuring 111 sq. yards situated in Sy.No.79, Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, vide assignment Patta Certificate in File No.A/10825/03 dated
25.L0.2024.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned notice is issued wiihout jurisdiction. However, as a precautionary measure, the petitioner submitted explanation to the I t ! ,l 2 notice dated LL.O3.2O26 on 12.03.2026. That, with: rt considering the explanation of the petitioner, the respondent No.z is proceeding to pass orders of eviction, and there is interf r -ence in the possession oF the petitioner, as such, the petitioner s constrained to approach this Court.
