It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 0.03 guntas in Survey No.26911 and land admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 0.17 guntas in Survey No.266l Al, total admeasuring Acs. O.2O guntas, situated at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.1483/2O11 dated 31.O5.2O11 and the said property was also mutated in the name of the petitioner by 46 respondent in the revenue records uide order No.P/231812013 dated 06.O6.2014 and pattadar passbook and title deeds were also issued in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangarra Rights in Land arrd Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 1. It is further submitted that when the revenue authorities issued new pattadar passbook and titlq deed to the petitioner in the month of October, 2022, land in Survey \ 2 CVBR, J W.P.No.85O1 of 2O25 No.266/Al was not rellccted in the new pattadar passbook, therefore, the petitioner made arr trpplication No.230013260O dated '23.O8.2023 seeking for correction of the missrng survey number and the same was rcjected without assrgnlng anJ, reasons
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and lean-red Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the responde nts and rvith their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the aclmissior-r stage.
4. This (,lourt has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application submitted for issuance of e-pattadar passbook. Except. saying that I he "Application for Passbook Data Corrt:ction 2300 13260O is rejected by Collcctor", no vaiid reasons whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petitioner to takc appropriate action. Since the impugned order is not in consonancc rvith the principles of nalural justict:, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the same is set aside and the respondent authorities are dil:cted to re-examine the application No.2300132600 dated
23.08.2023 submrtted by the petitioner and if he is otheru'ise eligible and entitle and fulfils all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01 202 1 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 28.02.2024 and also the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O, considcr the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with ) , CVBR, J W.P.No.85O1 of 2025 law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations, this Wiit Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
