BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8435 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation, dated 23.06.2022 and online applications uide Nos.2300O01029, 23O00O1O33 and 22OOOO|O37, all dated
02.O1.2023 submitted by the petitioners to mutate their names in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.OO guntas in Sy.No.279 of Thurka Yamjal Village, Abdullapurme t Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.
2. It is stated that the father of the petitioners by name Bommaraju Ramulu (r! Chakali Ramaswamy was the pattadar and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.S.OO guntas in Sy.No.279 of Thurka Yamjal Viliage, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. I t is further stated that the name of the petitioners' father was recorded in the revenue records as enjoyer. It is further stated that after the death of their father, when there was a dispute among the co-sharers, the petitioners were constrained to institute a suit for declaration uide I 1 CVBR, J wp_8435_2025 O.S.No.881 of 2008 on the hle of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Redd-v District to declare them as sucr:essors-in- interest of their lather and the said suit was allowed uide judgment and decree, datcd 1 l.l2.2OOa. The-reafter, they made a representation, dated 23.06.2022 and individual online applications, datcd O2.O 1 .2O23 seeking to mutate their names in the revcnue records in respect of the subject land. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receipt of the said applications, the respondent authorities did not consider the salne-
3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and Srr L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader fcrr Revenue appearing lor respondent Nos. I to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.
4. i, Lcarned Assistant Govcrnment Pleader for Revenue appearing for the rcspondents, placing reliance on the written instructions, has submitted that the petitioners' applications have been verified and as pcr the Khasra Pahar-ri for the year 1954-55, the land to an extent of Acs.67.39 guntas in Sy.No.279 is classified as Sarkari i.e., Government Land. It is further 3 CVBR, J wp_843s 2025 submitted that out o[ the same, the land to an extent of Acs. 15.O 1 guntas was assigned to various individuals under landless poor quota and certain lands have been resumed under the provisions of the Telangana Assigned Lands (POT) Act, 1977. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submitted that the land to an extent of Acs.12.25 guntas was alienated to CCLA Employees MAC Housing Society for housing purposes and the same is under physical possession of the CCLA employees and a compouncl wall was also constructed. It is further stated that the land to an extent of Acs.35.15 guntas was handed over to the T.G.Housing Board Authorities for constructions of houses under Rajiv Gruhakalpa program and now, houses have already been constructed. Further, the land to an extent of Acs. 12.O0 guntas was allotted to the TGRTC uide G.O.Ms.No.130, dated Og.O2.7gg3 and the same is under the physical possession of the TGRTC. According to the respondents, there is no vacant land available for considering the claim of the petitioners and as such, they have rejected the petitioners' applications and no applications are Pending.
5. In vievv of the above submissions and since the relief sought rn this writ petition is only for consideration of the online \ ) 4 CVBR. J Wp 8435 2025 applications and as it is stated by thc lcarned Assistant Government Pleader that thc said applications are rejected, this Court deems it appropriatc to dispose ol this writ peti[ion directir-rg the rcspondent authoritics to cornmunicatc the rejection orders to the petitioners and if the petitioners are aggrieved b1'the said rejeclion orders, they are at Iiberty to avail the remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with Iaw.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Pctition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
