Learned Senior Counsel appearing Ibr the unofficial respondents submit ted that there are disputes rn respect of rhe iands forming part of Sy.No.84 admeasuring Ac.O.20 guntas, which are the subject matter of several cases pending for acljudicatron before this Court vrde C.R.P.No.782 of 2Ol9; and unless the said I I J cases are decided' the petitioner ls not entitled to seek exempLron from ULC proceedings in respect ol the said extent of land' 5. Per contra' Iearned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondent Nos l to 5 submitted that the lands in which{rre petitioner is claiming exempdon are vested in .il; the State as per-the provisions of the Urban Land Ceiling Act; the lands claimed by the petitioner are not in one compact biock and they have been converted into plots; and as such the petitioner is not entitled to seek exemption from the ULC proceedings in respect of the subject lands' In view of the above submissions' this Court is of the oplnlon 6. that ends of justice would be meL if the responde'nts are directed to examine the application of the petitioner in terms of G'O'Ms'No'456 dated 29.07 20O2, duly taking into consideration the claims of the petitioner as well as all other interested/ affected parties and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with iaw anri communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order' However' it is made clear that in view of the pendency of C'R P No 782 of 2Ol9' this order does not apply to the land admeasuring Ac 0'20 guntas in Sy No 84 situated at Bandlaguda Jagir Village' Gandipet Mandal' Ranga Reddy District. 4
