Hear Mr. Mohit Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.Shresth Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitloner/respondent No.1/defendant No.6 and Mr. Vijay Pissay, learned counsel for respondents. A perusal of record reveals that assailing the order dated 0'l-03-2021 in 1.A.No.747 of 2019 and 1.A.No.748 of 2019 in O.S.No.115 of 2013 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Medak, C.R.P-Nos.697 and 695 of 2021 were filed respectively by the respondents therein. This Court vide common order dated 15-09-2025 in C.R.P.Nos.695 and 697 of 2021 directed the both parties to get ready with the suit proceedings and the trial Court was directed to complete the trial on day-to-day basis and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and further directed the trial Court to proceed as per law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the common order dated '15-09-2025 in C.R.P.Nos.695 and 697 of 2021 passed by this Court, the learned Judge, before the trial Court is following the said order in letter and spirit and posting the matter on day-to-day basis, due to which the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents expressed their inconvenience to attend the matter on day-to-day basis. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to allow the l.A.No.2 ot 2025 in C.R.P.No.695 of 2021 and l.A.No.2 ol 2025 in C.R.P.No.697 ot 2021. Accordingly, the common order dated 15-09-2025 is modified only to the extent of directing the trial Court to dispose O.S.No.115 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments. No adjournments shall be granted beyond one week.
