2. Heard Ms. K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, learned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.2 and Mr. K. Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Zilla Parishad, for respondent No.5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be I I released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release and pay the ED pensionary benefits such as (i) Gratuity (TG) ,amount of Rs.3,94,259/- with Token No.2515115565, dated r,.2.06.ZO24, (ii) Gratuity (CS) amount of Rs.I2,05,74L/- ,,vith Token No.2515115549, dated 22.06.2024, (iii) Commutation q'TS) amount of Rs.5,12,06ljr- with Token No.25l5lLgg22, dated .22.06.2024 (iv) Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.15,66,024/- with Token No.2515119803, dated 22.06.2024, (v) Finat Earned Leave/Hatf pay Leave Encashment of Rs.9,07,019/- with Token No.2507069440, dated 09.05.2Ct24 (vi) Zp GpF Final payment of Rs.24,37,982/_ with Token/Cheque No.2518751053, dated t3.07.2024 (vii) TS GLI of Rs.51,160/- with Token/Cheque No.2394StL6, dated -.1.2.02.2025, and (viii) SurrenCer Leave Encashment of Rs.L,36,824/- rnrith Token No.12026431, dated 07.06.2023, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the cate of receipt of a copy of this order.
