Nagar, for the purpose of adjudicating O.S. No. 64 of 2024 along with C.O.S Nos. 43, 44 and 45 of2023

3. The subject matters are inter connected, the parties to all the proceedings are one and the same ar-rd the reliefs sought would have a bearing on the other matters.
