The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer O.S.No.64 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpa,tly, to file of the learned Special Court for the trial and disposal of commercial dispute, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, for the purpose of adjudicating O.S. No. 64 of 2024 along with C.O.S Nos. 43, 44 and 45 of2023
3. The subject matters are inter connected, the parties to all the proceedings are one and the same ar-rd the reliefs sought would have a bearing on the other matters. The trial of these matters before two different Courts is likely to result in the delivery of conflicting decisions and to avoid the multiplications of the proceedings, the relief sought by the petitioners is granted 2 bv trar-rsferring o.S.
