It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring to an extent of Acs'1'21 guntas in Survey No. 108/U1, situated at Guttimulka Village, Vikarabad Mandal' Vikarabad District (for short, 'the subejct propertyJ, having obtained the same through succession from her husband after his death ulde proceeding No.Bl236l2O17 dated 22'03.2017 ' It is further stated that her name was mutatedintherevenuerecordsandtherevenueauthoritiesissuedpattadar passbooks and title deeds uide Katha No'391 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act' l97l' lt is further stated that the Petitioner noticed that the subject property is missing from I I . 1 i ! 2 CVBR, J W P.No.8458 of 2O25 Dharani Portal, tllerefore, she made an online application ir Dhahran portai for correction/ rr's,toration of missing survey numb er i,id-e Application No.24OO1Ol245 cated 24.09.2024 and the same was rejected by 3.a respondent wirho rt assigning any reasons.

3. Consrcered the submissions of the learned ;ounsel for the petitioner and le arned Assistant Government preader for Re'.'enue appearing for respondent lrlos , 1 to 4 and with their consent, this writ lretition is being disposed at the eLdmission stage.

4. This Ootlgt has carefully examined the impugnect order rejecting theiapplication slrbmitted for issuance of e_pattadar pass book. Except saying that thc '1\pplication for passbook Data correction 24ooro724s rs rejected by RDo", r.o valid reasons whatsoever have been ass,igned to enable the petitioner to lake appropriate action. Since the impugnecl order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is hable to be set aside and accordir 511y, the same is set aside and the responclent authorities are directed to re-e'::amine the application No.24o0101245 d.a -ed 24.og.2024 submitted by the pctitioner and if she is otherwise eligible .nd entitle and fulfils atl the requilements mentioned in cclA,s circular No.1 of 2021, dated, 15.01.2021 and C ircular No.1 of 2024, dated, 28.02.2024 and also the provisions of the 'li:langana Rights in Land and pattadar l.assbooks Act, 2020, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accorcance with raw 3 CVBR, J W.P.No.8458 of 2025 l I i and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
