Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government pleader for Energr for respondent No.1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 7; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.8. With their consent, this Writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18.12.2O15, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also. 2 PK,J wp 8365 2025 The same is o,rt seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as we[[ as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents

In vien of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in lh. order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 20 15, dated 18.12.2O15, lhis Writ Petition is disposed ol permitting the petitioner to li1e an online application seeking eiectricity service connection to the petitioner's subject premises r.e., Plot No.314/Part admeasuring 133.33 sq. yards and Plot No.313/Part admeasuring l3l).33 sq. yards, in Survey Nos. 1 1/ 79, ll 12.O, and 1 1/21, situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telan,g:rna State, within a period of one (1) lt'eel< from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Upon receipt of such an application, respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to considr:r the said application of the petitioner for release of the electri<:tly power supply to the pe titioner's subject property within a period of two (2) weeks thereerfte r. It is however observeil that if responclent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner's application granting release of the electricity polr'er supply to the petitioner's subject property, the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of T<:Lrngana or the Hon'ble Apex Court in the litigation pending before j t arising out of the order dated 12.O9 .2012 passed in Writ Petitiorr lo.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
