Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.9792 of 2023, dated 11.O4-2023, and requested I 2 PK,J Wp A32O 2025 this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ pctition also. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned ( iovernment Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel for the resp,:ndents.
