Heard Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner; Iearned Government Pleader for Energr for respondent No.1; Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited, for respondent Nos.2 to 7; and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, for respondent No.8. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18.12-2O15, and requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' i ( I 2 PK,J wp 443.1 2025 The same is not seriously disputed by the learned Government Pleader as u'el[ .ts learned Standing Counsel for the respolldents.

In vieu,r>f the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 20 i 5, dated 18.12.2O15, this Writ Petition is disposed of perrrLitting the petitioner to fil: an online application seeking electricity service connection to ltre petitioner's subject premises i.e., plot No.373, in Survey Nos.11/ 19, 1l /20, and ll/2t, admeasuring 300 sq. yards, situated at Thc Survey of India Staff Co-Operative Housing Society Limited, Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) and Mur-ricipalitlz, Ranga Redd5' I)Lstrict, Telangana State, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Upon receipt of such rtn application, respondent Nos.2 to T are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the electricity powe r supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of two (2r q,eeks thereafter.
