1. This Writ Petition is filed questioriing the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.00 Guntas in Sy.No.587, situated at P.A.Pally Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District (hereinafter referred to as 'subject land') and sought a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject land.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the responderrts.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the owrrers and possessors of agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.0O guntas ln Sy.No.587/21212 e, 3 of P.A.PaIly (Pedda Adisherla Pally Viltage and Manda-I, Nalgonda District. 2 SI(,J The total e>:tent of land in Sy.No.5g7 was Ac.1 l.3g guntas, out of u,h.ch the petitioners have purchase,i rrl extent of Ac.8.00 guntas in from its original pattdar l owever, the naJnes of the petitioners were recorded ;Lr t.he revenue record onl.,- to an extent of Ac.5.39 guntas, ito,vever, they are in possession of the remaining extent of ,A_-.1).00 guntas. While it be itg so, the Government issued Nctilication vide file No.C/ 1674/2OO8 acquiring 11.3g guntas irL Sy.No.5g7 for the pulFrose of construction of houses to tlre villagers, whose houses were submerged in Akkampalll. Reservoir. The Land .\cquisition Ofhcer passed awa:d and paid compensati()n to an extent of Ac.5.39 gunlas and the remaining ,.::<tent of Ac.2.00 guntas is in possession and enjoyment <:,1 and the pattadar pass books were .a_lso issued in favour o1'the petitioners in respect of Ar:.2.r10 guntas. While it being so, the respondent No.3/RevenLle Divisional Officer, I)erzryak6r6a and his subordinater;, without issuing an1'notice, came to the subject 1md site on 20.06.2020 ilnd tried to dispossess the petitiorLers claiming x&:iu,- 7 3 sn,J that the subject land is also part of the acquired land and preventing them from cultivating the subject land and therefore instant writ petition is hled.

The learned for the petitioners submits that while order Notice Before Admission this Court granted interim orders on 11.08.2020 directing the parties to maintain status quo in a1l respects till 1 1.09.2020 and the same was extended on 26.O4.2022 :untll further orders. I I 5 Even after lapse of nearly more than four and half years respondents did not chose to file vacate petition or counter denying the averments made by the petitioners in the Writ Affidavit. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of
6. directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoynent of the petitioners over the subject land without following due process of law.
