VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.8187 of 2o25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and with the consent of the learned counscl appearing for the respective parties, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage. 2 . Having regard to the natu re of lis involved in the Writ Petition and the manner of disposal, this Court is of the view that notice to unofhcial respondent Nos.5 to 8 is not neccssary for adjudication of the present Writ Pctition-

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the respondents-au thorities, in particular the 4th respondent is interlering in the civil disputes in respect of petitioner's land in survey No.160lll1, 1601211, and 160/3 in all admeasuring Acres 9.17 guntas situated at Maganoor Village & Mandal, Narayanpet District, at the behest of unofficial respondent Nos.S to 8, without any authority of law, which action it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary-

Per contra, Iearned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 would submit that the 5th respondent 2 :'.Q?q!i; had approachcd the respondents-authorities arrcl submitted a complaint on l)1 .O'2.2025; that the authorities after receiving the aforesaid r:omplainl made a GD entry and caus,:d preliminary cnquin- into ti'e contents of the complaint, whi;l-r rcvealcd the disputc to be ciuil in nature; and thus, the authoritres have closed the aforcsa id q,:rrlplaint as ,civil in nature, and infirrmed the same to the ,5tr, respouricnt on 13.O2.2025.
