BHASKAR REDDY IIIRIT PETITION No.839O of 2o25 ORDER: This Writ Petition is frled praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not "orr"id".irrg the online application No.2400051223, dated O2.O7.2024, submitted by the petitioner seeking for passbook data correction and in darani portal/revenue records pertaining to the land admeasuring Ac.1.1250 guntas in Sy.No.306/A and Acs.2.06 guntas in Sy.No.306/A/ I / 1, situated at Damera Village and Mandal, Halamkonda District, as illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the various extents of agricultural lands forming part of various survey numbers situated at Damera Village and Mandal, Hanamkonda District. It is further stated that the revenue authorilies also issued pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, I97l uide Patta No.258. It is further stated that while issuing e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short'Act 9 of 2O2O"), the land admeasuring Ac.1.1250 guntas 2 CVBR, J Wp_8390_2025 in Sy.No.306/A was mentioned as Ac.1.0O gun tas and land admeasuring Acs.2.06 guntas in Sy.No.306/A/ l/ 1 mentioned "vas as Acs.2.O45O gltntas. Therefore, the petitioner made online application No.2400051223, dated O2.O7.2024 ser:king for data correction and for issuance of amended passbook The grievance of the petitioncr is that even after receiving the saicl application the respondent authorities are not considering the satne duly making necessary entries and consequential issuance of am,:nded pattadar passbook in accordance with the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O. Hence, the rvrit petition.

3. Considert:d the submissions of the Iearned c:ounsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

In vieu, ol the submissions made by the learrred counsel for the respective pzrrties, this Court, without expressi:-tg any opinion on the right and entitlement of the petitioner an<l as it is stated that the land Acs.1.250 guntas in Sy.No.306/l\ and Acs.2.06 guntas in Sy.No.3O6/A/ 1/ t has already been shorvn in the earlier pattadar pass llook issued in his favour, deems it appropriate to dispose of the rvrit petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct a detailcd enquiry after issuing notice to all the interested 3 CVBR, J Wp_8390_2025 persons and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and fulfils all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide circular No.1 of 2027, dated 15.Ol.2O2l and Circular No.I of 2024, dated 28.02.2024, t}re respondent authorities are directed to carry out necessary corrections in the e-pattadar passbook as well as in Darani Portal and issue amended pattadar pass book. If the petitioner is not entitled for correction of the entries in the passbook and revenue records, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
