3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondent No.3 has misinterpreted the order passed in IA No.l of CMA No.383 of 2021, dated
23.12.2021 ald placed entire survey numbers under prohibitory list, hence, respondent No.3 is orally refusing to receive and register the sa,le deeds presented by the petitioner. In similar matters, this Court passed orders in 3 SK, J tvP Bt75 2025 W.P.No.1942:\ of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 and W.P.No.34O1l] ,rf 2021 dated 04.12.2024 and requested to pass similar or<1er in lhe present writ petition.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registral ion not disputed the submissi<>ns made by the petitioner But stating that the Registering Authority not registerinli tl.rc clocuments in view of number of civil cases pending u'ith rc'gard to the subject property.
