BHASKAR REDDY ORDER WRIT PETITION No.8l98 of 2025 It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2.16 guntas in Sy.No.26EE; Ac.0.O8 guntas in Sy.No.27/EE; Ac.O.16 guntas in Sy.No.28/Etr; Ac.O.1O guntas in Sy.No.29/Etr; Ac.O.16 guntas in Sy.No.31/trE; Ac.O.10 guntas in Sy.No.35/EE and Ac.O.O6 guntas in Sy.No.36/trE, situated at Edulabad Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajigiri District, h.aying purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.1697 of 20O1, dated 2O.O4.2OO1. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records uide proceedings D.Dis.No.Bl /549 /06, dated
12.12.2006 for the aforesaid land and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook No.S161819 uide Patta No.l472 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder and was also issued e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l uide passbook No.TO6O50172292 (Kh.ata No.1472\.
