It is stated that thc petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.15 lz gts., in Sy.No.260/ l/1, Ac.l.l5 lz gts., in Sy.No.260 /2 /2, situated at Siddapur Village, Nirmal Mandal (U), Nirmal District, having purchased the same through registcred sale deed bearing document No.3270 of 2O20, dated

23.O5.2O2O.It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revcnue I ,l authorities also issued pattadar passbook and title deed as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O ulde passbook No.T14140040 184, Khata No.6O114. It is further stated that the petitioner has applied for conversion of agriculture land into non-agriculture purpose and the Tahsildar & Joint Registrar Off-rce, Nirmal (U), has issued NALA proceedings 2 CVBR, J Wp.-8309 2025 clated 30.0 L2023. It is settled larrrr that the Survey Department has the authority to conduct survey and demarcate lands in accordance with the provisions o[ the Telangana Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasti (Act No. VIII of 1317 Fasli), the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, and the Rules framed thereunder. The Government has issued various circulars specifying the conditions for conducting surveys, particularly F-Line (field measurement) surveys. Individuals requesting such surveys are required to submit specific documents, and il thc conditions stipuiated in the circulars are fulfllled, the survey and boundary l-rxation may be conducted. The Commissioner, Survey, Setllemcnts and Land Records, exercising powers under the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, issucd relevant circulars from time to time vide Rc.No.Nl/6543/99, dated 25.07.2OO1, Rc.No.N1/ 1408/O7, dated

13.O7.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2/ 174l l2O1O, dated 18.05.2010 stipulating the conditions for conducting survey of private lands and as per the said circulars, if the petitioner fulfils all the conditions of the said circular, it is an obligation for the respondents to conduct survey within the time specified in the said circulars.
