No.454'l ol 2024, on the file of the lll Additional Chief tvletropolitan tvlagistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioner
2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in the Calendar Case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 4OB, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860.
3. Heard Mr.J.Pradeep Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner, lVlr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. representing the respondent No.1-State and Mr.Konam Brahmaiah, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/de-facto complainant
4. Pending this petition, the parties have entered into the compromise and, accordingly, respondent No.2lde-faclo complainant filed l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 with the prayer to permit them to enter into compromise and by recording the settlement to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.4541 ol 2024. 5. This Court vide oder dated 24.03.2025 referrel the parties to the High Court Legal Services Committee for identificaticn and to verify the voluntariness in arriving the settlement. The Secrelar'7, High Court Legal Services Commrttee, has submitted report datdd 29.C3.2025 stating that the parties are identified by their respective cou'lsel and also on verification of Aadhar Cards/ldentity Cards and the errquiries reveal that the parties have willful and without coerci()n entered into settlemenVcompromise.
6. I have considered the submissions of the leerrned counsel and perused the materials on record

Having considered the allegations, the nature of charged offences and taking into account the amicable settlement betwe,en the parties and to restore peace between the parties, in the light of tl-re dictums in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab and anotherl and Anil Mishra y. Sfate of lJ.P.2; State of Madhya Pradesh v. 8. Accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, all the proceedings in C.C.No454't of 2024, pending on the file of the lll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused No.2.

7. It is submitted that the Petitioner herein had flled a complaint on behalf of her employer viz. BIue Peak Systems h/t. Ltd. and the same was registered as FIR No.3741202L, dated 26.03.2021 of P.S. Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and the Police filed Charge Sheet against the Respondent No.2 herein/Petitioner/Accused and another { k- accused and the same was taken cognizance vide c.c. No. 11399 of 2021. subsequently, the case was split'and the case against tlre petitioner herein is numbered as C.C. No. 454I of 2024.

It is submitted that under the instructions of her ernployer the petitioner herein entered into an amicable understanding with the Respondent No.2 herein that the Petitioner here;r shail not press charges against the Respondent No.2 herein/Accused as the filing of complaint against him harpened due to some misunderstandings, As such, the proceedings against the Accused in C.C.No. 4541 of 2024 are liable to be quashed. Hence, this petition. I It is therefore pray'ed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to record the compromise entered into by the petitiDner herein/Respondent No.2/Defacto- complainant and the Respondent No.2/petitioner/Accusecl and quash the proceedings against the Accused in c.c.No. 454r of zo24 (c.c.
