2. petitioner through It is stated that one Donipeili Tirupathi was the owner of land admeasuring to an extent of Acs' 1'78 cents and Acs O'69 cents in Survey Nos.64 1 arrd 6421 Ag respectively, situated in Indaram Village' Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial District (for short, 'subject property') It is further stated that the said Donipelli Tirupathi has sold the subject property to the registered sale deed uide document No'8179 of 2016 It is further stated that petitioner applied for mutation of dated 23.06.2016. the subject property in his name and 3rd respondent has directed the recording authority to incorporate the entries in relevant revenue records in his name uide proceedings No Rc'No ROR/6A/Indaramlsl 12018 dated 2l.O3.2}la. It is further stated that the entries in the revenue records were iff -Ifr. passbook of the petitioner uide Passbook The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made an i:rlqtv recorded No.T1507OO81351. I 2 CVBR, J Vr.P.No.8165 of 2025 application to the respondents on 30.05.2024 for data (lorrection in the passbook, but ttll date the respondents have not taken any actron on the said application.
