ARJUN RAO Counsel for the Respondents: AGp FOR LAND ACQUISITION The Court made the fc,llowing: ORDER .: ) HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR Writ Petition No.81o3 of2O25 ORDER: This writ petition has been filed' to declare the action of the respondent No.2 herein in not referring the Award No'14/2017- 18, File No.A1/ l8l7 l2ol7-l-Abadi, dated 13'07'2017 pertaining to the petitioner husband property/ structure bearing H'No' 1- 2l/l to an extent of 22O '3O sq'yds', situated at Cheerlavancha Village, Sircilla Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District (subject property) under Section 64 of Act 30 of 2013 to the LARR Authority, Hyderabad for enhancement of compensation pursuant to the application dated 28'1O'2017 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent No'2 to refer the above said award for enhancement of compensation in terms of application dated 28'lO'2017'
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing on behalf of resPondents'
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government had proposed to construct Mid Manair by acquiring \--- \ ia2.. agriculture lands and dwelling houses/ structures. The subject property of the petitioner has also been acquired on 20.OI.2Oll without givi.n g aly prior notice. According to Gerreral Award dated 13.01'.2017, petitioner was awarded an amount of Rs.24,28,94|1 7'-. The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent authorities have wrongly calculated the dwelling area and structure value of the petitioner,s property and undervalued the same. In that regard, petitioner has made a representation on 2B-IO.2OlZ . As there was no response forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court by r,vay of this writ petition.
4. Though various grounds are raised in the ua.it petition, learned counrsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to rr:s;pondent authorities to dispose of the petitioner,s representation dated 28.1O.2017 in a time bound period.

I-earn ed Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition submits that if the said representatic,n is still pending for consideration, the respondent authoritjes may be directed to dis;pose of the petitioner,s represental,ion, dated 28.7O.2017 ar'lict pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. / //

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel ::3:: on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 28.lO.2OI7 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law by following Section 64 of Act 30 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to all the concerned pa_rties. and communicate the same to the petitioner
