3. Heard Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos l to 3'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the allegation of interference by the respondents/police in the business of the petitioner is wholly baseless' He contends that at no point did the \ respondents/policeinterferewiththepetitioner'sbusinessinany manner. He further submits that, at the relevant time' Crime No' 10 of 2017 wasregistered against the petitioner, and during the course of i investigation, the presence of the petitioners was secured' However' upon completion of investigation, the said crime was closed with an X 2 endorsement of "false." Therefore, there was never any )ccasion for the respondents/police to interfere with the petitioner's busir :ss activities.

5. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No 4 submits that respondent No. 4 has no connection whatsoever witlr the allegations made by the petitioner, and therefore, the writ petiticr is liable to be dismissed.

6. I have carefully perused the materials on record.

From the submissions of the respondents/policer authorities, it is evident that any interaction with the petitioners was on y in the context of crime proceedings, and beyond that, the restr ondents never interfered with the petitioner's business. The assertion r f interference in business, even if assumed, would at best fall within the realm of a civil dispute. Nevertheless, in order to safeguard the petitic ter's rights and avoid any apprehension, it is directed that the res pondents/police authorities shall not interfere with the petitioner's blr: iness activities, except strictly in accordance with law.
