BHASKI\R REDDY WRIT PETITION No.82O1 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking. to deciare the action of respondent No.2 in rejecting the application No.2400130O52, dated 09.12.2024 made by the petitioner seeking for issuance of pattadar passbook in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.O.08 guntas in Sy.No.3O/AA2ll; Ac.O.1O guntas in Sy.No.3O/AA2l4; Ac.0.17 guntas in Sy.No.313/AA2l 1; Ac.O.22 guntas in Sy.No.313/A2 I I and Ac.O. 17 guntas in Sy.No. 138/8, situated at Devarkadra Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor I of the land to an extent of Ac.O.OS guntas in Sy.No.3O/AA2/ 1; Ac.O. 10 guntas in Sy.No.30/AA2/4; Ac.O.7Z guntas in Sy.No.313/AA2 / l; Ac.O.22 guntas in Sy.No.313 /A2/t and Ac.O. 17 guntas in Sy.No.138/8, situated at Devarkadra Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District and pattadar passbook and title deed uide Patta No. 1073 has been issuecl in her favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and *Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder. l 2 CVBR, J Wp 8201 2025 It is further stated that \ rhen the petitioner was not issued e- pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"), she has submitted online application uide No.24O0130O52, dated 09.12.2024 seeking for issuance of e- pattadar passbook with data correction in respect of the aforesaid iands. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application was rejected without assigning any reasons.
3. Considcred the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.
4. This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application No.24OO 13OO52 submitted by the petitioner. Except stating that the application submitted by the petitioner is rejected by the R.D.O. no valid reason whatsoever has been assigned to enable the petitioner to take appropriate action. Since the impugned order is not in consonance with the principles of natural justice, the same is liable to be set aside and accorclingly, the same is set aside and the respondent r1. T o, ;I a I ., rrr rr8,tjrt i authorities are directed to re-examine the application No.2400130052, dated 09.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner and if she is otherwise eligible and entitle and fullil ali the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated
15.01.2021 and Circular No.l of 2024, d,ated 28.02.2024 arrd also the provisions of the Act 9 of 2O2O, consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
5. With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
