The writ petition is frled with the foliowing prayer: "To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 6 in not taking any steps for cancellation of caste certificate of the 7th respondent and thereby allowing the 7th respondent to participate in the tenders reserved for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Waddera/ Sagara Comrnunities as i1lega1, arbitrary, null ald void, violation of Articles 330' 332, 335, 243 T and 243-D of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 to probe into the caste certificate of 7th respondent thereby to cancel his caste certiflcate" '

Heard Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned Senior Counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt.T.Suhasini, representing Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for Respondent No. 1, learned Government Pleader for Enerry, appearing for respondent No.2, Sri P.Sriharsha Reddy, leamed Standing counsel for Singareni collieries appearing for respondent 2 ! .:, Nos.3 and 4 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6 ald perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are about 3O0 to ,1OO contractors in (11) divisions of Singar,::ni Collieries, AS such, petitioners community contractors have formed an association u ith Registration No.7 44 /89 S Singarer-ri Scheduled Caste Community Contractors Association and doing contract works, which is m eant exclusively for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/Waddera/ Sagara Communities. According to the petitioners, they have marle representations to the respondent No.5i on 4.2.2025 and 17.2.2O2fi, ventilating their grievances, but so far no action has been taken oIr the said representations, therefr:re, pet.itioners seek indulgence ol this Court for a direction to the rel;pondents to consider the said representations.

6. Having regard to the submissions rnade by the respective parties ald without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.S to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioners dated
4.2.2025 and 17.2.2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order.
