Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned I / Government Pleader for Energy for respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSpDCL for respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri P-srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.8 and perused the record. 2 4- Today, wh,en the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised ir-' the present writ petition is s,parely covered by the order dated 26 .7 .'.20 18 passed by this Court in 'W.P.No.26085 of 20 18. The same is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents

In view of the above, for the reasons a,like in the said order, this writ petition is d.:sposed of directing the respondents to rolease power supply to the prr:rnises of the petitioner subject to the cornpliance of terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy c,3rtificate from the concerned Municipal C)orporation within a prescribed period, and if no such occupancy r:ertificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondr:nts to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.. It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order of this Court dt.23.03.2018 in W.P.No.9789 of 20ta.

Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certihcate from the concerned Municipal Corporation 2 / / within a prescribed Period, and if no such occupancy certifrcate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordan<;e '*'ith law. There shall be no order as to costs
