BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8O47 of 2025 ORDER: ' It is stated that one M.Papaiah, who is the husband of petitioner No. I and father of petitioner No.2, was the pattadar and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O. 18 guntas in Sy.No.31/EE/2 an.d Ac.O.28 guntas in Sy.No.36/e/2, situated at Dudhagonda Village, Manoor Mandal, Sangareddy district. It is further stated that the name of Papaiah was recorded as patiadar in all the revenue records and pattadar passbook No.Y7717 uide Patta No.69 was also issued in his favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that after the death of Papaiah, the petitioners, being his successors, have made an application No.23OO1l 1655, dated 12.07.2023, seeking for correction of the entries in Dharani Portal and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook in their favour. The grievance of the petitioners is that even after receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.
2. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioners h:rve not made online application in appropriate module . of Dharani Web portal duly enclosing all the documents and if such an application is submitted and if the same fulfils all the requirements of the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O"l and the circular instructions issued by CCLA uid.e circular No. I of 2021, dated 1S.01.2O21 and Circular No. I of 2024; dated 2A-O2.2O24, the respondent authorities would take appropriate action for grant of pouthi lzafa and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook.

As per Section 6 of the Act 9 of 2O2O, any person or persons who acquire rights over rand through succession, survivorship, inheritance and seeking to effect change in Record of Rights, after arriving at consensus atnong all the legal heirs on the manner of division of the land among themselves, shall make an application, enclosing the joint agreement specifying individual shares, to the Tahsildar through the website prescribed for this purpose, for allotting available date and time as per the convenience of the persons to appear before the Tahsildar 3 CVBR, J wp It047 2025 In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it 5. appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners make appropriate online application in Dharani Web Portal duly enclosing the necessary documents including the joint family consensus statement about the division of properties for grant of succession/ survivorship and in the event of such application being liled and if it fulfils all the requirements of Section 6 of the Act 9 of 2020, respondent No'3 is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of two (O2) months from t-he date of receipt of a copy of this order'
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of' There shall be no order as to costs.
