Questioning the same, the present writ petition is f iled.

Kalpana taken Rs.'[ crore from him and they failed to rcpaY thc same sinct' so matrv ycars and wl-ren asked to petitioner about motrcy, she threatened hirn witl-r dire consequences to kill him.
