It is stated that petitioner No.1 was allotted plot No.270 and father of petitioner No.2 by name Pabbathi Limbaiah was allotted plot No.205, admeasuring 242 square yards in Sy.No.451, situated at Nampally Revenue Village, Vemulawada Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District as their lands were submerged Mid Manaii Reservoir uid.e Gazette No.223, d,ated, L3.12.2010. It is further stated that after the death of father of petitioner No.2 i.e., Pabbathi Limbaiah, petitioner No.2 had succeeded the plot No.205. It is further stated that when respondent No.5, who , CVB& J tvp 5173 _2025 happens to be the Sarpalch of Shabashpally and having influencr: had fraudulently transferred their pattas in his name ald in the narne of respondent No.6, the petitioners ha'ze made representations, dated 07.06.2024 and O2. 12.2024 The grievancr: of tLre petitioners is that even after receiving :he said represen lation s, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.
