TUKARAMJI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3809 of 2025 ORDER: This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashment of the proceedings in C.C No.2133 ot 2021 pending on the file of the ll Additional Junior Civil Judge -cum- Xlll Additional Judicial lVlagistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendra Nagar, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5,7 lo 17.
2. Heard lvlr.Kiran Palakurthi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 -State
3. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 5,7 to 17 in C.C.No.2133 of 2021 facing accusation under Sections 447, 427,326 and 506 read with Section 34'of lndian Penal Code, 1860,
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners got a strong case even for quashment, as they are determined to see the process through, the insistence for their I t presence is causing severe difficulty in pursuing their avocations. ------T-herefore, prayed for dispensing their personal appearance in the \ I proceedings, unless presence in'person is required ,and such direction would redress lheir grievance. $ 5' Learned Additionar pubric prosecutor submits; that there is no specific objection for the prayer, however pleaded fbr a direction for appearance ol the petitioners on the material stages in the proceedings.
