AM KOSHY CIVIL EVISION PE TION No.9O5 of zfJ25 ORDER: Oer the Hon'ble Sri lustice P.sam Koshy) The limited relief sought for in the present Revision is for an appropriate direction to the Hon'ble XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Ibrahimpatnam, seized of O.S.No'512 of 2024 (Old number O.S.No.261 of 2O2l) to decide I.A.No.353 of 2021 which has been filed by the petitioner herein for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents, including their \ \ representatives, agents, partners, or any person claiming through or under them from alienating, selling or creating any third party interest over the suit schedule property, at the earliest.

2. Heard Ms. Shreya Kuduri, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Rusheek Reddy K V, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Conscious of the fact the Court at which the suit and I.A. is pending, which is as of now manned by an in-charge Judge and who sits only on Friday, it is difficult to accede to the request made by the petitioner in the present Revision. Nonetheless, considering the fact that the Suit is of the year 2O2L and the I.A. is also pending for the last four (04) years, it is directed that the Trial Court seized of the matter shall make all endeavors at least in considering the I.A. to be decided in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant Revision stands disposed of.
