With their consent the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "to declare the action of the Respondents in marking the petitioner companV as "hazting manngement dispute" ztide letter ol the lst Respondent dated 29.04.2015 and not demarking the same inspite of thb continuous representations of the petitioner dated 79.04.2022, 25.04.2022, 06.07.2022, 13.02.2025 nnd 26.02.2025, as arbitrary and illegal and direct the Respondents to forthtoith remoae tht marking of the petitioner company as luuing management dispute."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a public limited company engaged in the business of manufacturing and dealing in sugar and allied products. It is furthcr submitted.that respondent No.1 issued letter dated 29.04.2075, stating the following:- "Please note that the PRUDENTIAL SUGAR CORPORATION LIMITED haoing CIN L754i2TG1990PLC032731 has been marked as hnaing management dispute ruith tle follotoing reasons: Based on the inttestor complaint alleging the illegal remoaal of company's MD and also inaestor complaints reg. the mis-conducting of postal ballot and based on the cou.rt order dated 8-10-2014, the company is marked as co. haoing management dispute. You are required to settle the matter amicably or get an oriler/interim order from a Court or Tribunal of competent jurisdiction. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits th.at the petitioner on
19.04.2022, 25.04.2022, 06.07.2022, 73.02.2025 and 26.0l\-.2025 made detailed replesentations and requested the respondent authorilies to unmark the 'Management Dispute' of the Company and further sutrrnitted that the same are still pending for consideration. Aggrieved by the sarrLe, this writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is a public limited companv and if the dcicuments filed by the com;,any are not available for public viewing, the same.would effect tie company,s i;oodwili and would cause financial loss to the company and pray this clourt to direct the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representations dated
79.04.2022,25.04.2022,06.07.2022,73.02.2025 and26.02.202!i and pass orders in a time bound per iod.

Learned standing counsel appearing for respondents submits that if the petitioner'srepresentations dated79.04.2022,25.04.2022,06.07.2022,13.02.2025 and 26.02.2025 are still pending for consideration; the respondent authorities may be directed to dispose of the said representations and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side ancl without expressing any opinion on the merits ol the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorir,ies to dispose the 3 petitioner's rePresentations dated 79.04.2022, 25.04'2022, 06'07 '2022, 1'3'02'2025 and 26.02.2025 and after giving fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferabty within a period of three (03) weeks from the date o( receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner'
